Job Description

You will be regional liaison for HQ and regional client departments, implementing result driven initiatives and guidelines aiming at improving client journey in a consistent manner.

You will ensure differentiating and upscale client experiences and services are delivered in the region.

You will Coordinate and implement Regional programs for client experience and collaborate with regional Training department and Boutiques for action plans follow up.

You run the Client experience aspects of all Omnichannel projects and implement consumables strategies and sourcing guidelines for the region (flowers, food & beverages, in store catering …)

You will propose end to end enchanting client experience packages with the aim of increasing engagement and you will monitor client treatment calendar follow up tools and support implementation at Sales Associates level.

You will develop local collaboration for best-in-class experiences (hotels, concierges, restaurants etc.) and update catalogue of activities working closely with event team.

You will design and implement gifting programs and work closely with local boutiques to ensure program implementation at the Sales Associate level.

You will manage and control the stocks for client centric tools: contact cards, birthday card, season greetings, books, gifts, invites, catalogues, specific developments (boutique catering menu etc)

You will monitor the Client treatment & gifting budget with respect to forecasts and timelines and

prepare and process Purchase Order and Invoices.

You will spread the Client experience & treatment culture in the region by providing constant briefing and training to sales team and by developing and maintaining strong and supportive relationships with cross-functional groups to enhance objectives achievement.

You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all the levels!
