Job Description

Catering Administrator will report to Operation Manger / Owners of the company
directly.
 Deliver an administration function with a flexible team to support a variety of
tasks.
 Provide administration and accounting services where required.
 Ensure management of any deficiencies or surpluses on cash takings, floats or
stocks.
 Ability to work as part of a team.
 Ability to follow instructions.
 Good communication skills.
 Customer service skills.
 High standards of hygiene.
 Ability to keep calm under pressure.
 Deliver an administration function with a flexible team to support a variety of
tasks
 Lead and motivate the team
 Ensure good SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) compliance
 Implement site service or process improvement initiatives
 Manage and develop a team of administrators
 To ensure continuous improvement of the administration service through
continuous Personal development and Training
 Provide administration and accounting services where required
 Ensure management of any deficiencies or surpluses on cash takings, floats or
stocks.
 Work experience as an Catering Administrator
 Excellent MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel
 Outstanding organizational and time management skills
 Excellent verbal and written communications skills ( English, Arabic will be an
asset)
